**About the Company**
Charterhouse are partnering with large statutory body, who are looking for an experienced social media professional to assist and advise their corporate communications & events team. The role will report directly to the People & Culture Manager and you will be work closely with the General Manager, supporting various facilities. You will be involved in creating content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn and optimising this organisations external presence in the market.
This varied role will suit someone who thrives in a complex environment and has an interest in the sports industry. They foster a flexible work environment and embrace hybrid working. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Oversee management of social media channels and social media schedule
- Primary content creation for social media channels, responsible for building and publishing engaging social media content
- Make analytics-driven decisions, forecasting and monitoring performance
- Provide Media and Communications Manager and Head of Customer and Events regular detailed analytics and trends reports from social media channels
- Drive relationships with key social media partners, in particular Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
- Assist the organisations external partners (i.e. kindred bodies, country clubs) with amplification of UGC (user generated content)
- Work closely with the internal team particularly the developer to embed social media feeds into the website to amplify content and increase awareness of channels
- Assist the content team with website and digital publishing and creation as needed from time to time
**You will be required to have**:
- Relevant qualification in media, communications, marketing or demonstrated experience
- Proficient in the use of social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc
- Strong knowledge of contemporary social media technology, trends, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement social media campaigns that engage audiences and grow the reach and profile of the organisation
- Understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing
- Detail-focused and organised with the proven capacity to take on and deliver on multiple and varied projects and competing deadlines
