WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

You'll collaborate with the Operations GM, design and development teams, and senior management to set up and optimise paid social campaigns that deliver outcomes. You'll oversee budgets on Meta, TikTok, and Instagram, experiment with creative, landing pages, and funnels, and monitor performance indicators such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS. You'll help introduce new brands and campaigns regularly, leverage UGC and influencer-style content to enhance results, and stay on top of platform updates to keep campaigns ahead of trends.

YOU WILL NEED…

  • 3+ years' experience in paid social – Meta and TikTok essential (other channels advantageous)
  • Agency background
  • Proficiency with analytical platforms
  • Experience managing lead acquisition clients
  • Desire to be hands-on and client-facing
  • Motivation to join a growing team
