Due to an ever expanding portfolio of projects, this construction sub-contractor is looking to further build their support team, to assist with the mobilsation and recruitment of site teams. In this newly created role, they are looking to appoint a Mobilsation and Recruitment Coordinator to work alongside the senior team, in the smooth transition of teams to site.

You will play a key role in liaising with the senior & site teams to understand the personnel levels required for job execution. You will gain a thorough knowledge of the various personnel requirements across a range of clients & sites. You will then play a key role in organising induction and on-boarding requirements to ensure the site teams have a fully compliany and operational team.

You will be a strong and dynamic team player who is self-motivated and passionate about all aspects of mobilisation and recruitment. With a demonstrable background in the successful mobilisation of site teams.

This is a newly created role, working with a company with great growth plans. There is a strong possibility that you can grow your career with this business, as they grow & expand their mobilsation and recruitment team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
