**RDS Supervisor - Perth Based**:
The **Regional Excavator Shutdown Supervisor** is essential is providing client solutions to plan, control, oversee and assist in the execution of works. Works include but not limited to all major shutdowns, machine mob and demob and general maintenance on all large, tracked excavators Ultra-class machinery.

**You will: -**
- ** Coordinate **all aspects of **major shuts** & demob/remob, cranes transport parts & vendors **mobilise** team members with admin support.
- Organising** quotes, purchase orders, payroll **and **invoicing** to achieve division budget targets.
- Fostering a culture of **accountability **and **performance** across all levels ensure **target deadlines** are achieved.
- ** Cultivating** open and **honest communication **with team members, clients & suppliers.
- Maintaining a high standard of **accurate** documentation and reporting.

**What Will You Need?**
- ** Experience** and **exposure** in a leadership role - s**upervisor/team leader/leading hand**.
- **Experience** in working on **major shut**s & **demob/remob**, cranes transport parts & vendors for large dig units
- Australian Recognised Heavy Trade Qualification (Cert III Mobile Plant).
- Valid Australian Driver's licence (Minimum C Class).
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
