**Service Administration Assistant**:
Daltech delivers the total solution for heavy-duty earthmoving machinery major repairs, component overhauls, rebuilds and maintenance to improve productivity and increase longevity on our client’s equipment. We are centrally based in **Redcliffe**, WA.
**The Role**
The **Service Administration Assistant** will see you kick-start your career in a busy and varied environment. You will receive full on-the-job training and you will learn to go above and beyond with the support of our collaborative Service Admin team.
- ** Assist **with all aspects of **service administration **(scan, file, shred, save, update) - service-related forms, timesheets, invoicing, purchase orders, data entry, and work order documentation.
- ** Support** the Service Admin team and the internal **supervisors** with basic mobilisation and general admin.
- ** Scheduling **maintenance services as required in line with Workshop needs.
- ** Maintain **reception and admin area, ensuring clean and tidy environment.
- Stocktake and **order** office supplies/workshop consumables.
- ** Collaborating **with other areas of the** business.**:
- Provide **customer service** - greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and handling deliveries/order pick up/post office drop off.
- Provide **assistance** with coverage for Service Admin team during periods of absence.

**What Will You Need?**
- MS Office literacy.
- Initiative, self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as a part of a broad team as well as independently
- Administrative skills or previous experience in a similar role
- A passion and commitment to go above and beyond.
