**Regional Field Services Supervisor - Perth Based**:
The **Regional Field Service and Labour Hire Supervisor** role is crucial in delivering **high-end** objectives and service to Daltech’s clients, being **accountable **for the daily operations of the Regional Field Service and Labour Hire team, while focusing on working in a cost-effective, **efficient**, and safe manner.

**What Will You Need?**
- ** Experience** and **exposure** in regional operations and locations in WA
- Experience working with **OEM Equipment** (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi)
- Experience working as a s**upervisor/team leader/leading hand**:

- Australian Recognised Heavy Trade Qualification.
- Valid Australian Driver's licence (Minimum C Class)
- Desire to **drive a team** to go above and beyond
- Experience in **maintenance** and workforce **planning**:

- Experience in providing **great outcomes** on OEM equipment
- Solution **focused** customer service skills
- ** Passionate** in seeking continuous improvement
- Ability to **communicate** and work directly with clients on **all levels**:

- Understanding of **financial reporting** and **budgets**:

- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

**You Will Be Accountable For**:

- **Coordination, rostering** and **mobilisation** of team members with admin support.
- Organising** quotes, purchase orders, payroll **and **invoicing** to achieve division budget targets.
- Fostering a culture of **accountability **and **performance** across all levels.
- ** Cultivating** open and **honest communication **with team members.
- Maintaining and **delivering** a safe working environment and** high safety** records.
- Monitor work progress to ensure **target deadlines** are achieved.
- Encourage and **support **employee **development**.
- ** Communicating** with and managing clients & suppliers.
- Maintaining a high standard of **accurate** documentation and reporting.
