**About The Role**

Scope has an exciting part-time permanent (3 days / week) opportunity for a Quality Systems and Reporting Officer to work within our Customer Experience & Quality Division.

The role will:

- Monitor the Quality and Safeguarding data, systems and work practices to identify improvements and ensure compliance to standards.
- Support the collation and analysis of data and development of fit for purpose reports for Operational, Executive and Board forums.
- Respond to requests for systems access and work with the vendor and ICT to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide support to staff in the use of Quality and Safeguarding systems.
- Support the Quality Systems and Reporting Manager to promote opportunities for improvement and meet reporting timelines.
- Support the Quality Business Partners and NDIS Compliance Lead to implement the internal audit schedule and analyse data as required.
- Document and maintain work instructions, training materials and other supporting materials to ensure information relating to the Quality and Safeguarding systems are accurate and up to date.

**About You**

We are looking for a proactive team player with an eye for detail and a passion for data quality management and analysis, able to identify trends and business improvement opportunities from the data.
