**About The Role**
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity (1 year fixed term) for a Quality Systems and Reporting Lead to work within our Customer Experience, Risk and Compliance Department.
- Support the configuration and management of Scope’s core quality and safeguarding systems and development of relevant reports/dashboards in alignment with compliance and business requirements.
- Drive business improvement through the effective capture, management and reporting of incidents, complaints and feedback, customer experience and audits, enabling the embedding of the Quality and Safeguarding Framework across the Organisation
- Support the provision of expert advice and resources, to enable the effective use of Scope’s quality systems.
**About You**
We are looking for a team player with an eye for detail who is able to identify and execute opportunities for improvement. Demonstrated experience in:
- Eliciting business and compliance requirements and translating them into system requirements,
- Assessment of data and work practices to identify improvements and ensure compliance to standards,
- Development of visually fit for purpose reports for Operational, Executive and Board forums,
- Ability to monitor system performance and liaise with vendors and ICT and other key stakeholders to support the effective management of Quality and Safeguarding systems.
- Delivery of training and support for end users.
