The Role

Key responsibilities include:- Supporting Workday projects and initiatives related to continuous improvement of systems and aiming to improve customer satisfaction.- Effective delivery of all services in line with policies and best practice standards- Coordinating the day-to-day operations and ensuring tasks are prioritised and actioned appropriately providing consistent and desired level of service.- Deliver support to the team for complex systems changes and queries, including troubleshooting and assisting with operational and transactional inputs to support the management of data.- Support User learning of solution and change management policies and procedures to ensure that changes to the system are introduced in a controlled manner.

About you

You will have:
- Strong experience in a broad HR Operations role within a large scale complex environment with experience responding to HR queries and providing advice on systems, data and processes - experience in a shared services environment would be advantageous.- Strong and demonstrated experience in the administration of complex Workday processes and data management in an HR Services delivery capacity is essential.- Demonstrated experience in leading and driving outcomes through people under direct responsibility or stakeholders.- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues and foresee potential challenges and proactively propose resolution options.
