**About the Role**

As a Sales & Product trainer you will deliver training for a range of BMW and MINI products to dealership staff across Australia and New Zealand. The goal of Sales and Product Trainer is to impart important knowledge and skills to participants to improve both the efficiency and professionalism of each sales executive in a dealership that will contribute to an improved customer experience.
- Deliver BMW Training to a high standard and ensure that BMW training stands out as the most relevant and desirable training to be undertaken by dealership staff.
- Deliver training in accordance with the agreed Training Plan that is created at the start of each year.
- Work with regions and dealerships to maximize attendance at training events that are scheduled to be run.
- Focus on dealership staff achievement of competencies and certifications in alignment with local and global expectations.
- Assure that contemporary adult learning principles are applied to maximize the effectiveness of learning outcomes of training activities.
- Confidently perform the role of a trainer and coach for multiple BMW sales and management training courses.
- Respond promptly to all sales and product related queries from dealerships on areas which are covered by training programs.

**About You**

**To be considered for this opportunity, you will have**:

- Demonstrable team-based values and attitudes that underpin the operational efficiency and organisational success of the BMW training services team.
- Recognized training qualification (TAE40110 Cert IV)
- Extensive automotive dealership experience from a sales and product perspective
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products,
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Ability to influence outcomes when interacting with external stakeholders
- Experience in developing training content and delivery strategies
- Calm and rational approach when working in high pressure situations
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the BMW product range together with an appreciation of competitive vehicles (highly desirable)
