As a
**Product Owner** you will be a part of Kmart’s
**Product Technology** team. The role will see you work with internal business customers and two tech squads, alongside the Engineering Manager and Product Manager to deliver high value to our business.

**What you’ll be doing**
As a Product Owner in our Product Technology team you’ll:

- Demonstrate experience as a Product Owner or Manager and be well versed in product life cycle, MVP, and iterative development
- Work alongside the business partners to ensure that in solving business problems we are driving value delivery and our partners are highly engaged.
- Provide vision and direction to your squads, inspiring them to think creatively to achieve the agreed mission and metrics
- Providing product roadmap visibility and driving value-based outcomes - manage and groom the product backlog in collaboration with relevant tech leads, iteration managers, etc.
- Utilise your previous experience and knowledge of working in retail.
- Stock, inventory or similar projects will be highly regarded.
