The role:
This role will develop strong relationships through exceptional customer support and engagement in order to optimise the sales and growth of the Freightliner and All-Makes parts business.
- Reporting to the Vice President, Aftersales and Network Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead Product Management and Sales, focusing on developing and managing the parts product portfolio, including the achievement of the parts sales targets
- Develop, manage and grow the sales of Freightliner and All-Makes parts through the Daimler Truck Parts Portal
- Actively engage with senior management from the dealer network in understanding product requirements
- Liaise with DTNA and all external vendors to ensure arrival of parts at the NPDC and/or dealer network in a timely manner
- Maintain and control an up to date technical parts database and information for the complete range of DTNA (Daimler Trucks North America) approved products
- Manage Mission Critical Parts basket in line with market intelligence, ensuring parts availability at NPDC and dealer network at all times to support the ever increasing market demand
- Focus on continuous improvement initiatives, aimed at increasing sales, reducing costs and improving processes
- Assist in the development of objectives, strategies and plans aimed at increasing efficiency, eliminating manual processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and provide reporting to management on all Key Account activities
- Maintain quality, and effective Key Account Management and Communication in order to ensure ongoing business partnerships
