**Penske** are seeking a new **Service Manager **to join their **Adelaide** branch that pride themselves on having a positive work culture. This leadership role will be reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to lead and mentor a motivated service team, to monitor and improve key performance measures in labour utilisation, WIP, warranty processes, and debtors while enhancing the customer experience and value offered within all aspects of the Service Department.

**About You**:

- Professional, Passionate & Engaging.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information
- Ability to read and interpret technical catalogues, bulletins, and support literature desired.
- Ability to understand and grasp technical product information is essential.
- Proven ability in successfully managing, developing and motivating a workforce
- Strong communicator with meticulous attention to detail.
