Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Consultant, to join Service Stream in our Telecommunications sector, based in Chatswood, Sydney NSW.
About the Role

Service Stream are currently seeking a experienced Property Consultant to join our growing company. In this role you will will be required to have experience in acquiring greenfield sites and review of leases for upgrade sites for our clients.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Adelaide or Perth

Reporting Line: SAED Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake site acquisition and property activities for new and existing telecommunications sites.
- Review existing telecommunications lease and licence agreements for upgrades to existing sites to determine consent requirements
- Negotiate lease and licence agreements that meet the legal, financial and property management requirements
- Prepare legal instructions and track progress of legal negotiations through to completion
- Lease instruction/negotiation
- All Lessor liaisons including arranging access for survey, design and, build visits
- Act as the contact point for access and property owners

About You

To be successful in this role, must be eligible to commence work in the property industry. i.e hold a certificate of registration or assistant agent or be eligible to apply. You will also demonstrate and possess the following:

- Experience in the delivery of upgrade and Greenfield sites.
- Problem solving, technical and analytical skills to support the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programs
- Good interpersonal skills to manage expectations and influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Competencies include; Interpersonal Ability, Planning and Organising, Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking, Technology and Process
