Manager, IT Services and Security

**About the role - Permanent Full-time**

The Information Systems team is a key enabler to support the delivery of Baptist Care SA’s mission, providing Digital and Data services within a cloud-only IT environment. We strive to deliver exemplary customer service and develop strong collaborative relationships across the Organisation to ensure efficient and effective Digital and Data services. The Manager, IT Services and Security is responsible for leading the Services and Security team within Information Systems.

- Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:_
- The effective design, delivery and monitoring of IT services, working in partnership with Baptist Care SA Senior Management to continuously improve all Digital and Data services.
- Managing and maintaining day-to-day cyber-security operations under the direction of the Senior Manager, Information Systems, including monitoring security controls, compliance reporting and assessing vulnerabilities, threats, incidents and potential data breaches.
- Managing staff, volunteer and other key stakeholder identity and access management (IAM) for all Baptist Care SA Systems.

**About you**:
You will have previous experience leading and managing the delivery of IT Services, including an IT Service Desk, Endpoint management, Telephony, Application Support. You have a learning mindset and are willing to experiment, think creatively about problems within constraints and adapt quickly.
- You will also have the following skills and experience:_
- High aptitude for resourcefulness and problem-solving with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ to develop innovative solutions
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of the NIST Cyber-security Framework and the Essential 8 maturity model

**Specific Employment Requirements**:

- Bachelor (or post-graduate) degree in Information Technology, Cyber-security, Computer Science or a related discipline; and professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), ITIL, COBIT).
- A current and valid full and unrestricted South Australian driver’s license
- A current and valid DCSI: Child-Related Employment Screening/
- A current and valid National Police Clearance
- Safe Environments for Children and Young People (or willing to obtain)
- Ability and willingness to work outside of normal business hours from time to time, or travel within South Australia, as directed by the Senior Manager.
