Licensed Builder/ Nominated Supervisor
- 6 month fixed term contract with potential for permanent role
- Residential house alterations and additions project

**About the role**

We are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced Licensed Builder/ Nominated Supervisor with below duties:

- Overseeing day to day operations on site in consultation with Project Manager
- Hands on role when required
- Ensure all WHS is upheld to the highest standards on site
- Coordination of trades and labour
- Point of contact for the company within the site
- Ensuring a strict construction program is delivered
- Maintain site documents and registers are in place and update daily
- Prepare risk assessments and reporting

**About You**
- Reside in Australia
- Current Builder Registration (essential)
- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) essential
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor/ Foreman for residential/ commercial projects
- Solid experience with a reputable building company. Previous residential project experience is advantageous
- Safety and quality focused, high level of attention to detail
- Able to read plans, follow a scope of works and deliver on time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent programming, able to prepare project program using MS project or equivalent
- Motivated and driven
- Current Drivers Licence

**Salary**: $74,807.00 - $137,158.00 per year
