NDIS Providers seeking trusted builder/ supervisor for home modification and Maintenance providing building and maintenance services to people living with a disability, and to the elderly and frail to allow them to maintain an independence within their own homes. The service currently covers Inner West Sydney, Western Sydney and the Nepean.

A commercial business, the service is licensed under the NSW Government’s Builders Licence Scheme and is bound by a number of quality frameworks including Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.

About the role

We are looking to employ a Builder/Supervisor to oversee the Modification and Maintenance for work of Home Modifications.

You must:
hold a current builders licence

Be willing to take on independent projects from different providers

Willing to have a work agreement between you and provider to be placed on NDIS providers nominated builder Supervisor.

You will be the lead for scoping jobs and preparing quotations for major / large scale modifications works to allow the elderly and people living with a disability to maintain independence in their own homes.

The successful applicant will:

- lead a team to be effective, efficient and work within NDIS regulations and guidelines
- ensure Australian building standards are adhered.
- work collaboratively Inovate Consulting services and other recommendations NDIS providers

Essential criteria
- current Builder’s Licence and a willingness to be identified as the nominated supervisor
- able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- experience preparing quotes and scopes of work
- good problem-solving skills and the ability to refer to departmental guidelines and procedures
- an ability to set priorities and to achieve them.
- current National Police Check
- Current Working With Children Check
- NDIS workers screening check

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: Up to $70.00 per hour

- Shift work
