Construction Site Supervisor (Residential Homes)

Residential Builder with projects concentrated mostly in Sydney is looking for an experienced site manager or construction manager to oversee projects.

Reporting to the Director, you will be supervising daily activities on site and setting out subcontractors to ensure all works are done to plan and BCA/Australian Standards.

Duties involve:

- Daily reporting and communication to Director, Contracts Admin, Project Management regarding project timing, procurement, and project progress
- Following project schedules including feedback to backend teams to enable them to support you to deliver the project in a timely, cost effective and compliant manner.
- Supervise all site activities including effective subcontractor management by maintaining safe working environment.
- Review of construction drawings to provide input at design or tender stage.
- Qualified supervisor to be a nominated supervisor for a residential building company.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in home construction including setting out earthworks, slabs (formwork/steel/placement/finish), timber framing, brickwork, fix out and finishing trades
- Experience in a range of construction methods including brick veneer, double brick, cladding, suspended slabs, basements, structural landscaping and pools
- A strong network of contacts - trades, subcontractors, or suppliers.
- Driver's license and right to work in Australia.

Pay: $64,589.02 - $95,532.59 per year
