**Operations Quoting Specialist**

We are looking for a highly motivated team player to take on the role of Operational Quoting Specialist, a critical role within our Major Projects division, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service by determining customer needs, finding and quoting the best possible solution.

**The Role**

You will receive leads, inquiries and requests from the branch network, customer service centre, business development team and our online channels. Once qualified, you will manage end to end, this includes;
- Creating, updating and finalising hire quotes.
- Follow up on previously submitted quotes.
- Support the branch network and business development team to respond effectively to hire enquiries.
- Work with logistics and transport providers.
- Manage and coordinate rehires.
- Understand market pricing and internal pricing strategies to ensure the ‘right’ price is quoted.
- Succeed in managing high priority requests.

**About you**
- You are highly motivated, a strong team player and have a passion for customer service.
- Proven record of building productive relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Can demonstrate a strong ability in over the phone sales and customer service.
- Familiarity with equipment and machinery is highly desirable.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have an ability to problem solve and have customer negotiation skills.
