Due to the continued growth of our business we now have an opening for a Project Coordinator that is dedicated to looking after our builders and private customers portfolio. This is an important role for our Company and position would suit a ex tradesman or someone with plenty of experience within the timber flooring industry.

**You Will Need**:

- A genuine passion for working within the timber flooring industry and a firm knowledge of the installation process.
- An in-depth knowledge about timber products and it gives you a great deal of satisfaction and pride to be able to ensure your clients receive a quality finish in a timely fashion.
- A drivers licence with a good driving history - a company car will be supplied.

**Duties**:
You will be responsible for liaising with our builders and private customers from start to finish and ensuring all aspects of quality control are met. Your enthusiasm for problem solving will be your best asset to this role and you will need to be a good communicator with great time management skills. You really take time to listen to what your customer want and have a thorough understanding of how the installation process works to ensure repairs are completed professionally and in a cost effective manner.
- On a day to day basis you will be liaising with builders, project managers and clients.
- Completing onsite inspections.
- Completing quotations in a timely manner.
- Complete accurate check measures.
- As well as product knowledge you need to be able to read and interpret floor plans and be able to accurately measure flooring on job sites.
- You must be able to check floor levels.
- Liaise with installers on commencement of work, complete final inspections and quality control.
- You must be confident to problem solve and find solutions to any situation faced throughout the repair process.
- You must be smartly presented.
- A natural communicator and a great listener.
- It is essential that you have good computer proficiency, excellent written communication skills and strong mathematical ability.
- You must be able to read and quote off new house plans.
- Time management is essential.

If you have a trade behind you this may be a great way to utilise your skills. A strong knowledge of timber flooring installation processes is a must
