SYNERGY in Turf is a manufacturing business located in Seven Hills with over 25-years experience in artificial turf production. We are looking for a special "can-do" individual that brings an understanding of all sectors of business operations together with the drive to develop growth and form a key part of our succession planning.
Training alongside our Operations Director to implement a working strategy for a handover of leadership roles in the business sectors in which you excel.
**Job description**
**ROLE**
Assist in all day-to-day operational activities to facilitate the smooth running of the business including.... administration, finance, marketing, sales, production, construction projects, WHS, business certifications and government grants.... yes a one stop shop of business operations.
WE REALISE THIS IS A WIDE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES ENCOMPASSING ALL FACETS OF OUR BUSINESS CALLING FOR A SPECIAL CANDIDATE TO TRAIN ALONGSIDE OUR OPERATIONS DIRECTOR.
**GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS**
- General administrative duties such as data entry, filing, order processing, sample preparation and distribution, mailing, booking couriers and freight
- Assist with financial administration including general accounts payable and receivable duties, system pricing updates, month end reporting and government requirements
- Assist with marketing activities including website updates, social media lead generation, brochures as needed including budget planning
- Assist with sales customer service activities and communications
- Assist with artificial turf production planning, preparation of production documentation, raw material monitoring, purchasing and quality control checking
- Assist in preparation of government project tenders and formal project administration duties
- Assist in documenting and communicating operational policies and procedures including quality management, environmental management and work health and safety
**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

- Seven Hills, NSW 2147: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
