WHAT'S THE ROLE?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Tool Service Centre based in Seven Hills. As a PTP Fleet Management Loan Tool Specialist, you will work across our Services Operations team and you will be responsible for ensuring that you are across a variety of tool repair and fleet topics to be able to support the wider service operations team.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Operation of the Premium Tool Park (PTP) and fleet centralised collection process: dispatch of loan tools to customers, receipt of retuned tools, inspection & scrapping where required, monitor demand trends and identify gaps in loan tool portfolio
- This role will have a physical element but will also involve actioning administrative tasks and communications to the wider service operations team and our sales force through your interactions.
- You will ensure that you are providing a positive, world-class customer service experience to both our internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- Experience with face to face customer service and demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Strong operational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Clear ability to with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail & Ability to take ownership of tasks
- IT proficiency across the MS Office suite and experience with SAP is advantageous
