**About the Company**:
This well-established company provides outdoor management services across NSW, QLD and VIC to a wide variety of commercial facilities including aged care and retirement living, sporting fields and leisure centres, schools and colleges, business parks and industrial estates, public outdoor spaces, and hospitals.

**About the Role**:
As the Talent Acquisition & Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in fulfilling the company’s recruitment objectives and providing administration support relating to:

- Recruitment, on-boarding/inductions
- Training and development matrix
- HSE operations & maintaining ISO standards
- Payroll support
- General administrative duties

**We’re seeking a proactive and supportive individual who has**:

- 3+ years Talent Identification & Acquisition experience in a medium-sized commercial or industrial business
- Experience recruiting tradespeople is highly desirable
- Exceptional administration skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, flexible attitude with a 'can-do' approach
- The ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and demonstrate maturity, judgment, and professional insight
