**COMPANY**:
TAFE institute providing training and vocational education in Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts.
**DEPARTMENT**:
The Student Recruitment and Services department brings together student support services, the Information Centre, marketing and student recruitment and business development.
**ROLE**:
Reporting to the Information Centre Supervisor, the Student Services Officer with provide timely and professional student administrative processes and operational support to ensure effective, consistent and reliable systems are in place to support the entire student lifecycle across Domestic VET and Higher Education programs.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide timely and professional student administration processes and operational support to the teaching delivery departments to ensure effective, consistent and reliable systems are used in the management of the student lifecycle.
- Assist students to make payments of fees or access Payment Plan options as required.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in front line customer service roles or, equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality customer service outcomes and a willing attitude to adapt to new systems and processes that enhance the student experience.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from a range of diverse cultural backgrounds
- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
