**The role**

Due to an internal promotion, we are on the search for a Risk Advisor to join our team. Reporting to Head of Risk, this role will support the design and implementation of the enterprise risk management framework and procedures across the business.

**The team**

The enterprise Risk team at Medibank is a collaborative bunch. We’re a team of about 10 people that work on risk activities across the Medibank enterprise. We enjoy collaborating and learning with each other. We genuinely care about each other, and our leaders love investing in their people.

**Your impact**

In this role you will engage with risk and compliance resources in the first line of defence, as well as business resources to support the implementation of key elements of the risk management framework. You’ll also support the Head of Risk with the establishment and implementation of the of the enterprise risk management framework and procedures.

**About you**

You will have at least 2 years’ experience in designing and implementing risk management systems, conducting risk assessments, and designing risk treatment plans. In addition, you will also have practical experience in identification and testing of controls.
