**The Opportunity**

Sitting in the Martech and Orchestration Team, as a Marketing Automation Specialist in Medibank, you will be responsible for the end-to-end build and delivery of automations, journeys, and highly personalised communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Using your well-established technical skillset and consulting skills, you will act as an internal SME and advocate for Marketing Automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capability with best practice recommendations for SFMC and suggestions for optimisations to add value.

**Where you can add value**
- End-to-end execution of personalised multi-channel campaigns from build using html and AMPScript, to testing and deployment.
- Day-to-day management of automated campaigns
- Act as internal SME and advocate for Marketing Automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capability
- Implementation of testing and optimisation strategies
- Troubleshoot issues with daily automations, data complexities, as well as those identified during campaign build and testing
- Ensure accurate, timely execution of all campaigns with a high level of responsiveness to internal stakeholders
- Build strong relationships and foster cross collaboration across other relevant business units, functional areas and external vendors.

**Your impact**:
You are a digital marketer with recent hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Content Builder. You have a genuine passion for customer experience and innovation and have a continuous learning mindset.

**Your skills and experience**:

- You’re process driven and uphold the highest QA standards.
- You can conceptualise technical outcomes for business requirements and problems.
- Your technical skills include HTML, SQL and AMPScript.
- You have experience creating automated journeys through Journey Builder.
- You have experience with Automation studio and data import processes, advocating for best practices.
- You are extremely performance driven, result focused, analytical, have strong problem-solving skills and thrive on ambiguity.
- Salesforce certifications and experience with sms, push notifications and social audiences highly regarded.
