**About The Role**:
Our Business Support team is responsible for a wide remit including Admin Support, Facilities, Document Control, Security, Procurement, Property Services, Project Management and OH&S. The primary purpose of this role is to work within Admin Support to ensure smooth business operations. The role includes a wide range of tasks and activities that can include:

- Completing admin tasks and assisting in minor Facilities & Security requests via a Service Desk
- Coordination of client data including adding new client’s data, maintaining client records and data entry of new payments
- Processing operational requests raised by any internal employee
- Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies
- Assisting in organising events as per budget indications and brief
- Providing support for employee engagement programs and activities
- Assisting the other areas of Business Support

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
Be experienced in or willing to learn
- CRMs, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
- Basic understanding of project management
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of the team
- Proactive approach and ability to think outside the box for continuous improvement
- Strong administrative skills, time management, eye for detail, coordination of tasks and efficient work practices
- Be willing to lift 5-10kg weight

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
