**About the role**

As our Training and Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the delivery of Civeo’s onsite onboarding and induction program for new starters on our sites in Western Australia.

**Key Day to Day Tasks**
- Welcome new starters to site on their first day and ensure they are comfortable the start of their journey at Civeo
- Conduct Verification of Competency Assessments (VOC's)
- Manage and coordinate the Civeo Village Training Plan with the support of the Perth based Training team
- Deliver and/or coordinate client and Civeo Contractor training programs
- Liase with village management, administration and other key support functions to ensure new starters are set up for ongoing success - including ongoing training and support
- Conduct of regular audits and inspections
- Facilitation of required training as required

**Essential Requirements**
- **Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE) is essential**:

- Australian Manual Driver’s license
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
- Experience in a training and/or educational role
- A genuine passion for working with people and making a difference
- Able to pass a medical and drug screen
