**About the role**

Using your CERTIFICATE IV IN TRAINING & ASSESSMENT (TAE40122), the Training and Food Safety Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the delivery of Civeo’s onsite onboarding and induction program for new starters on our sites in Western Australia.

**Key Day to Day Tasks**
- Welcome new starters to site on their first day and ensure they are comfortable the start of the Civeo employment journey
- Conduct Verification of Competency Assessments (VOC's)
- Control the Civeo Village Training Plan
- Deliver and/or coordinate client and Civeo Contractor training programs
- Leadership and supervisor training and development
- Conduct of regular audits and inspections
- Facilitation of required training (FSS, Allergen Modules 1 and 2, Basic Food Handler Training)

**Essential Requirements**
- **Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE)**:

- Australian Manual Driver’s license
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
- Experience in a training and/or educational role
- Able to pass a medical and drug screen
