Our client is a Western Australian owned and operated, multidisciplined engineering company across the mining, marine and resource sectors. Since their beginnings in 2016, they've become a preferred supplier to the resources' industry delivering complete solutions for disciplines including mechanical, electrical, civil, fabrication and access support solutions.

**Your new role**

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated administrator to join their busy Projects team.

Based in Perth, you will be responsible for resourcing and mobilising their workforce across various work sites throughout Western Australia. Additionally, the role will see you to coordinate the logistics of assets and equipment in collaboration with the site teams.

Your Day To Day Will Be
- Supporting Resource Logistics Coordinator in maintaining their workforce management system (OPMS).
- Overall management of subcontractor labour onboarding, including: Being the focal point for all subcontractor correspondence and notifying subcontractors of any changes or updates.
- Liaising with the site leadership team regarding the logistics of asset management.
- Book and update Alcohol & Other Drug tests (AOD), training requirements and ad hoc travel requirements.
- Coordinate ordering of PPE (current labour).
- Coordinate and maintain personnel compliance checks on project specific contractors
- Manage and monitor for any shortfalls in training matrix for project.
- Support the Resource Management Team with ad hoc travel requirements

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Administration Support role.
- Experience using training, mobilisation, or planning software such as ERMS, Success Factors, and INX is desirable.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change.
- Be able to work cohesively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Well-developed administrative skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
