An experienced Training Coordinator with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required for an immediate start. This 4 months, temporary assignment, is based 5 minutes' drive from Perth CBD

Our client, a leading Utilities organisation, are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to ensure stakeholders have visibility of their team's training status and are kept informed of any capability issues or non-compliances. This 4 months, temporary assignment is based 5 minutes' drive from Perth CBD.
- **$50phr + super**:

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Document management to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Facilitate training needs discussions (planning)
- Point of contact for all related enquiries from allocated stakeholder groups and customers
- Produce reports for demand planning, metrics for compliance purposes and completion status
- Coordinate workloads and communication with external training providers
- Manage budgeted training allocation
- Coordinate training logistics
- Collect and trend course feedback

**Experience Required**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or
- Considerable experience in coordinating training across a diverse organisation, comprehensive experience in using training related systems such as a Learning Management System (LMS) and Procurement system or related system/s, where transfer of skills can be initiated).
