**The Opportunity**

The Data and Reporting Analyst will provide technical administrative support in the day-to-day operational reporting of the organisation’s data capturing systems and ensure staff have the key skills and knowledge to manage the reporting and performance requirements, monitor service areas and use of data to improve patient outcomes. AccessHC has several client/patient management databases which records clinical information and client’s treatment progress. Crucial to the role will be clear communication in liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to understand the reporting needs and create/test the data extracts/reports as required. The data analyst will assist in the integration of different data systems to enhance care coordination and planning. This role offers flexibility to work 3 days across the week.

**What you will be doing**
- Key Responsibilities_
- Administer key routine tasks for data integration and export, particularly regular billing and reporting processes
- Use the Help Desk system to track and manage inbound support requests and respond to and resolve tickets in a timely manner
- Respond to and support data requests from users as workload permits to their data and system duties
- When required, triage support requests with the IT team and Power Users
- Assist in the development of consistent, efficient and accurate reports and dashboards supporting various business functions (Power BI)

**What you will bring**
- Tertiary qualification IT or related discipline with experience in working in a data and systems support role in client /patient management preferably within the health sector
- Experience in maintaining reports and databases using statistical software with the ability to design and deliver training programs for staff in using client/patient management systems
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective time management, with the ability to solve data issues and multi-task
- Ability to liaise and build collaborative partnerships with both internal and external key stakeholders through effective clear communication
- Experience with at least one of Medical Doctor, Trakcare or Titanium would be favorably received
