**Your new company**
I’m recruiting for a full-time Office Manager position for an a leading globally awarded deep tech incubator company.

This company is based in the Eastern Suburbs and are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude where no task is too small to overcome.

In this role you will be the first point of contact, dealing with administration duties and ensuring high standards across the company and team of over 50 deep tech companies.

There is onsite parking available and also located only a short walk away from the nearest train station.

**Your new role**
- Onboarding new resident teams and employees
- Reception
- Providing tech support for printers and other systems, assisting with billing when required.
- Managing mail and deliveries to the building
- Organising general office upkeep
- Respond to venue hire enquiries, arrange tours and visits, provide quotes, organise agreements and invoices billing
- Answering and directing calls
- Scheduling meetings, organising travel, and sourcing content for projects

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A flexible “can do” attitude
- Must have a minimum of 2 year’s experience in this type of role previously
- Passionate and proficient about Google suite
- Experience with HubSpot
- Great I.T skills
- Experience with Canva and Robin (not essential)
