The Role

An opportunity has become available for several Human Resource Business Partners to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

Initiate, influence and manage relationships with all areas of the Health Services
Foster a collaborative engagement approach with clients to embed a coaching culture
Act as a conduit between expertise from within specialist HR functions and clients
Identify and review emerging issues and trends relating to people and organisational capability

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:
While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

Permanent full time, temporary full time or temporary part time (one permanent full time position, one temporary full time position up to 6 months, with a possibility of extension, or several part time positions, up to 6 months, hrs negotiable)
Base salary ranging from $121 360 - $129 998 per annum, or $4651.70 - $4982.80 per fortnight, or $61.20 - $65.56 per hour

About Us

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) team support Divisions and Directorates within the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS). The HRBP will also provide assistance in creation and implementation of people management strategies to assist all managers and leaders.
