Our client is a leading general insurance provider best-known for providing affordable and comprehensive products across Car, Motorcycle, Home, Contents, and Pet products to customers. With a culture of 'high performance with high integrity' they are in the market for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Human Resource (HR) advisor to join the team.

**Your new role**

As the Human Resource Advisor, you will be responsible for general and complex case management, supporting leaders and employees across their business portfolios. You main duties and responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations (ER) issues
- Coaching and educating leaders to provoke positive changes in the management and performance of their teams
- Research issues and develop recommendations to identify and mitigate risks
- Manage and resolve workplace health and safety cases, including suitable duties, return to work plans, income protection cases and Workcover case management
- Work collaborative and cohesively with the wider People & Culture team and business group

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or relevant
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work across all leadership levels
- Confidence in end-to-end case management and IR / ER investigations
- Ability to coach, lead, and influence stakeholders
- Highly skilled in problem-solving
- Willingness to travel across multiple sites depending on business requirements (some travel to Brisbane may be required)
