- We are looking for a permanent Human Resource Business Support Partner, who will be a key member of the team. You will be a point of contact for employees and line managers in dealing with a wide variety of HR queries and activities as well as a critical support to our HRBP/HR Manager on all entry level HR generalist queries.
- The main areas of responsibility for the Support Partner will be to provide support on HR generalist areas from an administrative, operational and transactional level that is effective, efficient and aligned to our company culture and values.
- Responsibilities- Receives day to day direction/guidance from the respective HR Line ManagerMay be required to conduct exit interviews for first line employees and feedback to HRBP/HRM-
- Respond to enquiries from employees, management & applicants as appropriate-
- Management and co-ordination of administration-
- Operational and transactional support on HR generalist areas-
- Reporting utilising Workday and analysis thereof-
- Ensuring accurate data is reflected in Workday based on the Business Units changes and are made efficiently when required-
- Provide confidential advice on a broad range of HR matters mostly relating to company policies & procedures, terms & conditions of employment and employee benefits-
- To take the lead in employee induction for HR and regarding new starter induction and development actions-
- Assisting with consolidation of annual pay review process-
- Calendar management for HRBP/ HRM as required-
- Other HR related duties as assigned- Requirements- Relevant HR Qualification-
- Previous experience in recruitment and/or human resources environment-
- Proven track record & full understanding recruitment process end to end-
- Proficient user of MS Office Packages including Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint-
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills-
- Good interpersonal skills & able to work effectively with all staff levels-
- A strong team player with a can-do attitude-
- Ability to work independently & part of a dynamic team-
- Highly detailed with strong problem solving and decision-making skills-
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines-
- An organised individual with the ability to plan and prioritise-
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional service-
- Previous experience on Workday HR system advantageous
