**Your new company**
Our client is a thriving Australian company, specialising in the supply and manufacturing of education and commercial furniture solutions. They are one of the largest SME's and employers here on the Sunshine Coast, employing more then 240 people throughout Australia. Due to organisational growth, our client is looking forward to welcoming a "hands on" and experienced Human Resource Manager to drive recruitment strategies, implement policies and procedure and be a trusted source to provide provisional and sound human resource advice.

**Your new role**
Reporting directly through to the Chief Financial Officer, you will take full responsibility for supporting the company's growth and performance through undertaking effective recruitment and onboarding activities, administer performance reviews, align policies and procedures to meet organisational objectives, upkeep of work place health and safety compliance, management of position descriptions, assisting with payroll and additional duties as required.
