**Right at Home** is looking for full time HR Officer. Reporting to the Director, the HR Officer is responsible for delivering HR advice across the business and delivering on the full range of general Human Resources services and activities.

**About the role**:

- Track, control and manage all vacancies including attraction strategies, research recruiting processes to ensure we are keeping up to date with business needs and understand the age care market and risks
- Oversee full end-to-end onboarding process, aligning business requirements
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change process
- Work with the team to implement strategy, policy, and plans to ensure business benefit and continuity, including due diligence, integration, communication, retention, and motivation
- Partnering with line managers to review performance management, resourcing, and staff management
- Manage performance appraisal, employee feedback and LMS system.
- Data entry using HRIS system.
- Look at innovative ways to make Right At Home an Employer of Choice by way of introducing benefits, initiatives and other methods

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Cert IV in Human Resources Management.

- Demonstrated commitment to providing human resource services
- Good understanding of HR systems in a continuous improvement environment
- Ability and commitment to working collaboratively within a team environment
- Exceptional communication, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- A genuine empathy for the aged and a positive attitude to aging
- Considers the consequences of actions or plans and anticipates potential issues or opportunities that may impact on the successful achievement of organizational goals
