**The Opportunity**
- We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-focused Capital Works Administrator to support the national Property Operations Team. In this vital role, you’ll help deliver operational capital projects efficiently and in line with budget expectations. You’ll work closely with Facilities Managers and external partners, using your project administration, procurement, and stakeholder coordination skills to ensure excellence across every phase of capital works.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Supporting the end-to-end procurement and delivery of the national capital works (CapEx) program.
- Assisting in developing scopes of work, obtaining quotes, and preparing business cases.
- Creating and managing technical briefs, tender documentation and contract admin templates.
- Tracking and reporting on capital planning, forecasting and monthly status updates.
- Maintaining a central register of contractors and managing key supplier relationships.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Project or facilities management experience, ideally in an industrial or property-related environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across internal and external teams.
- Confident in contract administration, cost tracking and financial reporting.
- Highly organised with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 - especially Excel.
