**How will I help?**

This senior role is crucial for establishing a competitive advantage in Business Lending by defining and leading the strategic direction for Working Capital products. The objective is to ensure these products are desirable, reliable, and viable for both customers and shareholders while maintaining simplicity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enhancing existing Working Capital products and propositions while driving innovation to develop new offerings
- Managing the lifecycle of Working Capital products, including overdrafts, invoice finance, and equipment finance
- Conducting market research to identify target markets, monitor performance, and respond to market trends
- Overseeing product quality and governance while mitigating risks
- Addressing customer complaints and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Leading simplification initiatives for Working Capital products
- Collaborating on the Business Lending Partnerships and Innovation roadmapImplementing product enhancements in line with regulatory changes

**What do I need?**
- Over 10 years of experience in product management leadership, with specific experience in Working Capital products.
- A deep understanding of Business Banking across all segments (small business, SME, and Commercial), including customer needs, pain points, opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape.
- A proven track record of driving balance sheet growth while meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Demonstrated experience driving innovation for Working Capital products.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A results-oriented mindset with strong strategic problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex projects.A robust risk management mindset, with the capability to identify, assess, and proactively address current and future risks.
