The position supports change management across the agency in working with Executive Managers and their teams to enable improved effectiveness and efficiency, so CatholicCare is well-positioned for future growth. This position is an evolving role, and the requirements will continue to develop as the agency moves through strategic initiatives for growth, sustainability, and central to positive client outcomes.

**About You**
- An accomplished technology & IT leader, you will be a hands on, collaborative and high energy people leader, with demonstrable success leading within a multi-site business environment
- With a proven track record of leading a team of specialists, you will be agile, passionate and subscribe to positive leadership practices
- You will have a balanced focus on ensuring the stability, reliability, and security of current business as usual Information Systems and Services and developing and implementing future improved solutions and innovation.
- You will be a strong, visible, collaborative team player who still enjoys carrying out hands-on functional work.

**You need to have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT, Business or a related field
- Excellent track record in leading and managing complex IT projects, demonstrating initiative and championing new projects to enhance Agency outcomes.
- Demonstrated high level experience in planning and delivering IT solutions
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in partnership and relationship management
- Highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills including proven capacity to analyse complex data, draw conclusions and present recommendations
- Proven ability to negotiate with and influence strategically significant stakeholders at the most senior levels
- Excellent project management skills and superior written and oral communication skills
- A current unencumbered Driver's licence and willingness to drive across the Diocese of Wollongong and travel to other locations as required
- Experience working in a Microsoft Dynamics environment with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be highly regarded
