We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our Wollongong Central shopping centre to boost sales and traffic. We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record in planning, developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

About Haben
Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. We are growing steadily whilst maintaining our personal touch and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.

About the role

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy and calendar that meets the needs of shoppers within the centre catchments.
  • Manage centre marketing budgets in line with centre marketing strategy.
  • Maintain a vibrant marketing plan that strengthens centre performance and develop and execute centre marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers, suppliers, local community groups and other stakeholders.
  • Foster and grow retailer relations that support the delivery of centre campaigns and help to drive retailer sales and traffic.
  • Return on Investment reporting on success of campaigns and activations.

About you

  • Tertiary education in a marketing, business or a related field
  • Experience in Marketing within a retail shopping centre or as a Marketing Manager in a related industry
  • Experience across various digital and social media platforms
  • Ability to update digital platforms such as websites and social media
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Able to read and interpret research data and insights
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 365 Suite

This is a full-time role based out of our Wollongong Central Shopping Centre working alongside our Centre Management team.
