**The Role**

As the People & Culture Operations Manager for the fastest growing division of KBR globally you will be key to ensuring that our growth continues.

You will be responsible for designing, planning and delivering a transformation program for KBR Australia’s People & Culture Operations function, which will include improvements to systems and processes with the intent of increasing automation and minimising administrative burden for People & Culture services.

You will ensure consistently high standards of service delivery for transactional HR services, drive continuous improvement, and effectively manage the program of work and associated organisational changes.

**Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in a HR function, preferably with significant experience in a shared service or operational support environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and supporting client groups through change.
- A strong foundation in HCM/HRIS system implementation and administration, and on-going process and systems improvement.
- Strong reporting, metrics and analytic experience.
- Demonstrated ability to advise on employment terms and conditions, ER and knowledge of relevant legislation.
