We're seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to provide strategic leadership and oversight of our human resources operations.

  • Lead the HR operations function, ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations.
  • Oversee HR systems and processes for employees and contractors, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support payroll governance and provide backup payroll processing where required.
  • Drive HR policy development, communications, and change initiatives.
  • Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and resolution processes.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Partner with executives to deliver workforce planning, HR strategies, and remuneration reviews.

This is a challenging role that requires a proactive, solution-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated HR supervisory or operations experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, regulations, and payroll legislation.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, ideally in a multi-site or remote workforce.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change.
