**Our role**

An integral role within the global CSL HR Operations team, the Manager, HR Operations APAC will manage and lead the askHR advisory team and the Talent Acquisition Operations team to support HR, the business and employees on the delivery of all human resources advice and administration.

This role ensures that all stakeholders receive a high level of HR operations support, including timely and accurate advice. To be successful in this role you will have prior demonstrated experience leading HR advisory teams in large and complex organisations, as well as strong leadership skills and customer service capabilities.

**Your responsibilities**
- Manage and lead a team of HR Operations Advisors and Talent Acquisition Operations Advisors on the execution of all HR processes, tasks, administration and advice for Asia Pacific.
- Support the CoEs in the execution of all core, common and consistent processes, including HR Operations being the first point of contact for employees seeking HR advice.
- Ensure effective delivery of end-to-end process and tasks within the employee lifecycle including all Workday transactions undertaken by the HR Operations team.
- Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with the broader HR team, including HR Business Partners; Payroll; and Talent Acquisition to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Provide a high level of customer service, including resolution of any complaints and enquiries and triage and/or escalate more complex issues as required.
- Continuously reviewing and improving HR processes, ensuring SLAs are met and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Supporting global projects and initiatives as needed and participate fully as a member of the senior Global Employee Services team.

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business, HR, Technology, or related field,
- 3+ years' related experience leading a HR Advisory or HR Operations team, preferably in a large complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience operating within a HR shared service model, ensuring the delivery of tier one HR advice for multiple CoEs and HR Business Partners.
- Knowledge of Case Management systems, preferably Service Now
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management systems is required, preferably Workday
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive employee experience for all interactions with the HR Operations team.
