Overview

Join Randstad HR Partners as an HR Generalist. This role supports the Director of Human Resources and Strategic Operations, ensuring consistency in HR advice, conducting compliance audits, and maintaining accurate records to foster best practices and continuous improvement.



Responsibilities
  • Policy and Compliance: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
  • Employee Relations: Provide employee relations support and coordinate staff performance and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Reporting and Audits: Prepare HR metrics reports and conduct regular audits and analysis to mitigate risks.
  • Workforce Management: Support workforce planning, maintain accurate records, and manage organisational charts and position descriptions.
  • Child Safety: Uphold and promote child safety standards through recruitment practices and staff education.


Qualifications
  • A degree in Human Resources Management with at least two years of experience in an HR advisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance, policy development, and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to child safety and ethical behaviour with relevant qualifications.
  • A current WWCC or the willingness to obtain.
  • A current Level 2 First Aid and CPR Certificate - with a commitment to ongoing training.
  • A current anaphylaxis management qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • A current asthma management qualification or willingness to obtain.
