**The Company**:My client is growing their sales team and have an opening for an Account Manager who is experienced in selling into the agricultural sector, in particular selling chemicals and fertilizers to the rural retailers, end users and manufacturers in QLD.
**The Role**: This role includes meeting with agricultural resellers, end users (Farmers) and manufacturers to build on existing customers whilst sourcing new clients. Recording and monitoring sales and ensuring delivery of the product whilst dealing with technical inquiries. You will manage all aspects of the sales process including follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Seeking professionals with 4-5 years minimum sales experience from any industry sector
- You must be a highly self-motivated and highly organised individual who is a specialist in horticulture and agricultural sectors, quick to pick up existing customers but also developing new contacts and business,
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment and pay great attention to detail.
- It is essential that you are a strong communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with sales, operations and management teams
