SBA provides superannuation administration and employee entitlements administration services to industry superannuation funds. SBA operates on a national basis from its office in Carlton, Victoria.

**The Position**
Reporting through to the Service Centre Operations Manager and working as a key member of the Superannuation Benefits Administration [SBA] Customer Service team, we are looking for someone who:
- Will have a customer first attitude, a genuine care for the customer and a clear vision around the type of customer experience they aspire to create.
- Is able to self-manage to meet the requirements throughout any given day - thus will need to enjoy working in a fair and safe environment to perform well.
- Will have a proven track record building great relationships with customers and understand the importance of building trust with customers.
- Is competent to take approximately 20-30 calls a day and will also enjoy performing administration tasks into the system each day.
- Has exceptional attention to detail skills, is keen to learn, wants to work hard and has great communication skills.
- Will be a great problem solver who is persistent, honest and can think outside of the box, but also need to work within the regulatory and compliance boundaries that have been set [privacy, advice etc]
