We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Carlton on a full time basis. You’ll be the face of our property, operating the front desk reception and delivering excellent service to residents and visitors to the property.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Coordinator consists of:

- Assisting all current and prospective residents and their guests in the most efficient and professional manner, exceeding expectations, and delivering a high standard of customer service
- Address enquiries with professionalism and compassion displaying a “we care” attitude
- You'll know the local area like the back of your hand, giving clear directions and insightful advice
- Conduct room inspections and provide general administrative support as needed
- Monitor and report concerns regarding resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as required
- Maintain accurate student data via the property management system
