Part Time - Service Desk Analyst - 12 Month Contract

This state government organisation is currently looking for Service Desk Analysts to join their IT support team in a part time 12 month contract. This organisation is located in Sydney CBD area but you will have the opportunity to WFH fulltime. This opportunity is a perfect opportunity for students who has experience in IT support or studies IT to grow their career.

**Your new role**

As Service Desk Analyst you will support users with Level 1 technical issues. You will be responsible for answering the phone and being that first point of contact providing top tier customer service. You will work in a small team, delivering IT support to end users, which across Windows 7/10, Active Directory and password resets, Outlook, O365, MS teams and Exchange. You will be troubleshooting Hardware and Software.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Previous experience in level 1 technical support
- Previous experience in Active Directory, O365, Outlook, Windows 10 and Exchange
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service
